Your wall-mounted letterbox can be installed on the house wall with just a few simple steps. You will need a pencil, a spirit level, a drill, and the supplied screws and dowels.

We recommend to mount the letterbox so that the flap is at a height between 120 and 170 cm for comfortable use. The spirit level can be placed on top of the letterbox for leveling. Hold the open letterbox to the wall at the desired height. You can then simply mark the positions through the holes. This works best with assistance from another person. Now drill the holes and insert the dowels flush into the wall. Hold the opened letterbox against the wall again and secure it to the wall with the screws. When installing with screws, make sure that there are no thermal bridges. If the wall of your house is insulated, please use wall plugs that are suitable for working with insulating materials.

Mounting on a garden wall: The procedure is similar to mounting on a house wall. Make sure to use only suitable dowels with the supplied mounting screws. Alternatively, you can also use mounting plates to secure the letterbox.

The letterbox is powder-coated. The powder coating offers excellent protection against external influences. Because the powder coating adheres to the material much better and for longer than conventional paints, powder-coated objects are very durable and weather-resistant. Nevertheless, we cannot guarantee 100% that no rust will occur, as there are also non-powder-coated elements (lock, hinges, etc.) on the letterbox. • The letterbox is suitable for standard envelopes in C4 format.
